Dr. Otonye Esingha Efebo (HRH) is a Nigerian entrepreneur, public policy professional, and institutional leader with extensive experience in mobility services, logistics management, workforce development, and public-private partnerships. He is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AA Rescue Limited, a nationally operating multi-service organization established in 2003, providing vehicle services, driver training, logistics, and human resource solutions across Nigeria.
Otonye Esingha Efebo (HRH) received his early education in Twon Brass, Degema, and at Okrika Grammar School, Port Harcourt. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Administration from the University of Port Harcourt and further earned a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Buckingham, an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and an MSc in Political Science from the University of Lagos. Dr. Otonye Efebo also holds a Certificate in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Ph.D in Politics from the University of Port Harcourt.
Otonye Efebo, also known as Dr. Otonye Esingha Efebo (HRH), has over 20 years of professional experience across public service, logistics, construction, oil and gas, facilities management, and enterprise leadership. He began his career at the State House, gained international work experience in the United Kingdom, and later served as a logistics and security consultant to major organizations in Nigeria before founding AA Rescue Limited in 2003, where he currently serves as Executive Chairman and CEO.
Beyond AA Rescue, Otonye Efebo is a co-founder of Cleve & Lucky Limited, Chairman of Mati and May Limited, a Director at QuaSands (Oil Exploration and Production) Limited and Alphastar Paints, and the Founder and CEO of Phasellus Limited, a facilities management company. He is also a traditional ruler, serving as the Amadabo (Shidi VII) of Shidi Ama in Twon Brass Kingdom, combining corporate leadership with community and traditional governance.
Dr. Otonye Esingha Efebo (HRH) is an author and policy contributor with published works on conflict management, governance, and Niger Delta development, including studies on multinationals, peace-keeping, and institutional conflict in Nigeria.
